Cloud detection and ECDR removal algorithm based on remote sensing information. It is obvious that cloud masking has been a challenging risk when receiving information from satellite sensor images. For example, in painting and the method of multitemporal averaging, which are the existing approaches against cloud masking, but still the requirement has been found inadequate as it has partially contributed to its elimination. Therefore, the proposed ECDR algorithm opens the way to find accurate information. The cloud-obscured area reconstructed by the ECDR algorithm involves two steps: detecting the region clouded by pixel values and reconstructing cloudy regions. For cloud masking, the algorithm calculates the percentage of variance in the previous remote sensing information and, based on the percentage, replaces the cloud pixel value. Therefore, the accuracy of the ECDR algorithm found is much better than the existing algorithms to derive the information.
