Clinical transcription services management system
Background
Most users of outsourced Clinical (Medical) transcription services have a problem sending their dictations, receiving finished documents, and in accessing old records. This system addresses all the problems associated with tracking dictations, receiving documents, and in accessing old records from an archive. This is a browser based system, and enables Doctors and facilitators to work with little or no software on their computer.

Features
¢ Allow service provider to automatically download the dictated Transcripts to user defined folders
¢ Allow doctors to automatically download newly delivered documents to Doctor defined folders
¢ Maintaining folders sorted by provider and providing back up folder locations
¢ Allows keeping track of the status of dictations and completed transcripts
¢ Provide for search for a document based on different criteria like Date of Service, Date of Dictation, Patient Name, Facility Name, or a combination of any of these criteria.
