In the Client Server-based Live Meeting project system that we are going to deploy, the admin user just has to see his system and communicate with the programmers and project leaders to keep the login and logoff time. He can chat about the project that is going on with programmers and project leaders.
The management rule can view and register the current online Internet Protocol Management system and send the messages to a single team member, set of team members, project leader.
The current system is simply a manual system that must be converted into an automated system for efficient use. Another flaw is the risk of mismanagement of the data involved with less security and without proper synchronization between different application users while using the application. Precision not guaranteed in this model or current system. Communication between users via the telephone or manually is only possible in the current system.
Users of the existing Live Server-based Live Meeting project system are using third-party public mail services for communication. The use of public domains is not assumed for employee communication.
The anonymous user can be allowed as these public domains. It is essential to share your information like this environment. Some organizations are using the manual system. In the manual system the data can be stored and transferred in the form of disk or paper drives. Semi-automatic systems are connected via LAN but are using data in local systems like Ms-Access or MS-Excel, etc. In the local database there is no Option for the security of the data and the integrity of the data.
