Main principle behind the voice The electronic bulletin board using the scrolling display is to display the scrolling messages and control them using our own voice. We have already seen the electronic warning panel based on GSM, however the speech-driven bulletin board has additional advantage of ease of use. The user has to give voice commands in his own voice to control the scrolling messages that appear on the electronic bulletin board.
Voice recognition is done in the Android application. The user has to install this Android application on their smartphone or tablet. Then the user has to give voice commands to this android application. The Android application passes these commands to the microcontroller via wireless communication. It means that the user does not have to go near the electronic bulletin board to change the scrolling message. The wireless communication technique used in this project is Bluetooth technology. The messages to be displayed are stored in the electrically erasable programmable read-only memory. The EEPROM memory contains data even after restarting the circuit.
The microcontroller receives these commands with the aid of the Bluetooth receiver and decoder. It then passes these commands to the balancing screen which consists of array LEDs.
