I am student of 3rd year civil engineering student.I want to summer training in pwd.My aggregate marks in previous five semester is 6.5 CGPA.
I belongs to bihar so i want to training in bihar if no offer in bihar then i taken training from anywhwere.
I am student so i want to learn work i got experiance from senior engineer and i will try to serve our nation to my experiance.

CPWD Training Institute, a National Resource Institute is looking after the training needs of Engineers, Architects, Horticulturists and workers. The main Institute is located at Ghaziabad. Regional Training Institute and Workers Training Centres are located in the four metros i.e. New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai.

The Institute is located in a lush green, serene, salubrious and pollution free environment spread over 30 acres of land in Kamla Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad nearly 30 km. from New Delhi Railway Station and 32 Km. from Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi. The Institute imparts training/refresher courses in all the aspects of public works. The Institute conducts training programmes, workshops, brain-storming sessions, seminar etc. to upgrade the techno-management skills of CPWD officers as well as other Central Govt. Departments, State Govt., PSUs etc. The training programmes are conducted in diverse streams such as Civil Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Computer Application and Management Techniques. A number of new courses on Green Buildings- their rating system and certification, energy efficient buildings, conservation of heritage buildings etc. have been introduced to cater to the current changing construction scenario. New courses on Horticulture have also been added. Disaster Mitigation Centre, functioning as a part of the Institute with its mandate as National Resource Institute, designated by Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India under the Disaster Management Act 2005 conducts a number of courses for capacity building of engineers in designing, planning, executing seismic resistant buildings. Emphasis is also laid on capacity building in Retrofitting to improve the seismic response of buildings. This Centre also conducts courses sponsored by DDMA to equip engineers with latest information/technology in the field of earthquake design, assessment and retrofitting of buildings. Participants from a number of Govt. Departments attend these courses.

Regional Training Institutes : The Regional Training Institutes are located at R.K.Puram, New Delhi, New Marine Lines, Mumbai, Salt Lake City, Kolkata and Besant Nagar, Chennai. The Institutes conduct training courses for Group B & C officials. Workers Training Centres also work as part of Regional Training Institutes. They impart skill improvement training to workers and Group D staff. The skill development courses for workers are conducted in associated with “Construction Industry Development Council”. After completion of the training, certification of the workers is also done through “IGNOU”.

Customized Courses : The Institute also designs and organises special courses for other Govt. departments and PSUs catering to their special needs. These courses can be for in-service training as well as foundation courses for newly recruited officers. All the courses at Ghaziabad are residential. The Institute has a well-equipped hostel for boarding/lodging of the participants.
