ABSTRACT
We are developing a Franchise Management System for the client, which is an educational institute and has many Institute centers. Our client has a head office at a particular area and about 25 Institute centers distributed geographically.
Students get enrolled at the Institute centers. The head office receives royalty over all the fee receipts at the Institute centers.
The head office also issues course material for all the courses to the Institute centers at a cost. The Institute requests the course material and the head office issues the material based on availability.
Sometimes, the head office conducts meetings of several Institute managers to share their views about their performances. So we should integrate educational institutions having a network of offices/Institutes onto a single platform, irrespective of geographical boundaries to facilitate easy monitoring and reporting to one nodal head and to allow the communication of different Institute managers through Internet.
The product will facilitate:
• Retrieval and access of data is easy.
• Paper work is drastically reduced.
• Optimum Results can be achieved.
• Duplication of work is avoided.
The product provides real time communication between the users irrespective of geographical boundaries. The users can communicate effectively over a certain topic without having to meet in personal. It serves as a fine alternative to face-to-face conferences.
INTRODUCTION:
The main objective of the system is Institute Manager can get the complete information about the all the branches, performance of the branches, student information and Course Material. Institute Centers can give the complete information about the students, Employees and course material.
Difference Between Existing System and Proposed System
Existing System:
In Existing System Institute Manager need to get the information through manually (Face to Face). They need to maintain duplicate records about the students in both the places (Institute Manager and Institute Center).
Proposed System:
In Proposed System we are concentrating on the problems, which the Institute Manager has faced with the existing system. We are connecting the all the branches with the main branch that is Institute Manager. So Institute Centers enter the details and Institute Manager can take easy decision.
In this project there are three entities they are
Entities:
1. Institute Management System.
2. Institute Center.
3. Students.
Roles And Responsibilities:
1. Institute Management System
Role:

The Person is directly login to the system and check the each and every center information and Material available are not. And How many students are there in each center and performance of the center what are the necessary actions to take to improve that center.
Responsibilities:
1. Login.
2. View Home Page.
• Center Details.
• Check Material Status.
• Student Fee.
• Compose.
• Inbox.
• Sent Items
• Change Password.
• Logout.
2. Institute Center:
Role:

The Person needs to register with the system. And enter the all the details of the students, material and give the information about the Center.
Responsibilities:
1. Registration.
2. Getting User Id,Password.
3. Login.
4. View Home Page.
• Enter Student Details.
• View Student Details.
• Add Employees.
• Delete Employees.
• Compose.
• Inbox.
• Sent Items.
• Change Password.
• Logout.
3.Student:
Role:

The students enter into the site and check Course details, Material and Batch Timings.
Responsibilities:
1.View Home Page.
• View Course Details.
• Batch Timings.
• Fee Structure.
