The braking system of a car is undoubtedly one of its most important features. The aim of this work is to create a better braking system with indicator. Brake failure occurs only because of brake shoe wear and cut in the cladding. It consists of two sensors. A sensor is connected to the brake shoe. The other sensor is the brake lining. The signal from the two sensors is given to a microcontroller. When the brake shoe is worn, the sensor detects the signal to the microcontroller. Also if the brake lining is cut off, the sensor sends the signal to the microcontroller. The microcontroller analyzes the signal and operates the corresponding indicator. There is nothing wrong, the green indicator light up and if any critical indicator, red will light up. If the brake fails during the operating time, the microcontroller will automatically activate an alternate brake. This prevents unnecessary accidents. Since this indicates the condition of the brake, the user can identify the state of the brake and thus limit the chances of failure.

The automatic brake failure indicator and the motor overheating alarm are composed of an infrared sensor circuit, heat sensor circuit, control unit and frame. The sensor is used to detect the brake cable. There is some disconnection of the brake wire or the cutting of some brake wire curves, the control signal to the alarm unit. Likewise, the heat sensor is fixed to the motor and this heat is measured and giving the alarm signal when the motor heat exceeds the set temperature limit.
