The research report is one of the important parts of academic research. Students will be assigned some topics based on their interest and discipline. Based on that, one needs to prepare a research report. The research report consists of several segments, which can be classified in: title, table of contents, summary, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion and bibliography. Some of the annexes are very important and are essential in research reports. Research reports provide readers with a source to discuss the results of their research with other professionals. This is done using a standard format, which helps readers understand the research report easily. Using this format, the researcher presents the report in a logical and easy to understand way. Whatever format the author uses, it is very important to provide supplementary documents such as the Annex allowing a better understanding of the report.
The images used in the research report are the visual representations that organize information in the form of relationships and patterns.
