The braking system of a car is without a doubt one of its most important characteristics. The aim of this work is to create better braking System with indicator. Brake failure occurs only because of brake shoe wear and cut in the cladding. It consists of two sensors. A sensor is connected to the brake shoe. The other sensor is the brake lining. The signal from the two sensors is given to a Microcontroller When the brake shoe is worn, the sensor detects the signal to the microcontroller. Also if the brake lining is cut, the The sensor sends the signal to the microcontroller. The microcontroller analyzes the signal and operates the corresponding indicator. That Nothing wrong, the vehicle will move and if any critical, the vehicle will stop and the display will show the brake indication failure. Since this indicates the condition of the brake, the user can identify the condition of the brake and thereby limit the chances of Malfunction. As far as road transport and safety scenario is concerned, the design of automobile automatic brake failure indicator, accidents are becoming a day to day cause an attempt has been made in this project to reduce such setbacks. The aim is to design and develop a control system based on an electronically controlled automatic break fault indicator by using the IR sensor and the motor overheating alarm using the heat sensor is called the "smart vehicle". The auto-break fault indicator and the motor overheat alarm consist of the IR sensor circuit, the heat sensor circuit, the control unit, and the rack. The sensor is used to detect the brake cable. There is some disconnection of the brake wire or the cut of a few turns of the break wire, the control signal to the alarm unit. Similarly, the heat sensor is attached to the motor and this heat is measured and gives the alarm signal when the motor heat exceeds the set temperature limit.
