Automated Wish System

Objective:

Automated wish System concerns with the development of a system that is simple and easy to use yet a powerful web application for greeting, wishing on intranet/internet in a secure environment.

By using this Wish System users can send the wishes and greeting to their friends and know people. They can send the wish through this system any time, at the wished date the wishes will send by this application.

Existing System:

This existing system is not providing secure registration and profile management of all the users properly.
This system is not providing on-line Help.
This system doesnâ„¢t provide tracking of users activities and their progress.
This manual system gives us very less security for saving data and some data may be lost due to mismanagement.
This system is not providing email over the internet.
This system is not providing the storage information for the users.
The existing system is not providing on date wish technique.
The existing system not providing specific types of wishing opportunity.


Proposed System:

The development of this new system contains the following activities, which try to automate the entire process keeping in the view of database integration approach.

This system maintains userâ„¢s personal, address, and contact details.
User friendliness is provided in the application with various controls provided by system rich user interface.
Various classes have been used for maintain the details of all the users and catalog.
Authentication is provided for this application only registered users can access.
The users information can be stored in centralized database which can be maintained by the system.
The system provides the users to send wishes through application any time.
The system providing the facility for the users they can send wishes any time or any date. The wish mail is sends to the receiver on the particular day only.
The user can controls the authentication of their mails management provided by this system.
The system is providing accessibility to the administrator to control all the user information.

Modules Description:

Users Module:

The Users can access their account information and they can view the details of their personal information and contact details. The Users can modify the personal and contact details of their in this module. The general users who can use the application their personal information, contact information and other information etc¦
Some of the features are:
The user has the facility to:
o Creation and deletion of accounts
o Updation of personal data
o Retrieval of password and other information
o Retrieval of sent mail and other information
o Introduces advanced storage for quick and easy retrieval of wishes and their status.
· The user can send a particular greeting or wish sending the Mail by this system .In addition the user also has the facility of sorting the data i.e. viewing their wishes.
· More user-friendly and centralized.

Mails Generation Module:

In this module mail operations are going to perform. The users can send the wishes any date to the existing other users. The send wishes will store into the centralized database and on the wish date it fires into the users inbox

Administrator:

The Administrator will maintain entire Users account history, mails details and the he can also generate the reports like number of Users registered on the database etc.


Reports Module:

In this Module, the User and Administrator can generate the different types of Reports according to their access.

Authentication and Security Module:

In this Module, the users of the system are identified with their username and password and thereon users are given proper access according to their privileges.
