The traditional manual time table method is very slow and usually ends up with several crashing classes in the same room or with the same teachers who have more than one class at a time that is solved by automated schedule scheduling. This project introduces a practical approach to the schedule that is able to take care of the hard and soft constraints especially required to prepare the schedule in schools with large numbers of students and limited resources such as classrooms or laboratories. Automated scheduling provides simpler ways for teachers and students to view their schedule once they are finished in the application, with login ID and individual passwords, and also some employees normally take the calendar from the previous year and They modify it, but it is tedious work to incorporate the changes. To overcome all these problems we propose to make an automated system.

Manual scheduling requires considerable time and effort along with lots of paperwork. Schedule scheduling can also be considered a Constraint Satisfaction Problem (CSP), which is a unique concept in Artificial Intelligence, in which we find a solution that satisfies the given set of constraints. Schedule scheduling schedule has been in the human requirements as it thought of effective time management.It is widely used in schools, colleges and other teaching fields. In the first days, the scheduling was done manually with a single person or some group involved in the task of scheduling it with their hands, which requires a lot of effort and time. Although scheduling even the smallest constraints can take a lot of time and the case is even worse when the number of restrictions or the amount of data to cope with increases. Other cases that can cause problems is when the number of Faculties (Staff) is lower, which results in the reprogramming of the time table or they need to fill empty seats urgently. In such automated time table scheduling, scheduling can be a very convenient method for managing your computers with algorithms also proving to be environmentally friendly for no paperwork.
