automated car parking system project coding

Hi,

Im busy with on a PLC project and I have a few qestions.


Through Siemens Step 7 300, I have to program an automatic parking garage, accompanied by six parkingspots. these consisting of a x (c, y) coordinates.

Here I have in the main 4 steps in OB1: ,

S1referentiepostion
S1 is performed during the first_scan of the car park and when it reaches the end of the SFC's parking and retrieval.

S2 hold
When the PLC is done with the reference position S2 is executed. S2 waits for the PLC input from VM110, which then passes bit code, creating a car parked or to be retrieved.

S3 is a car parked.
There is a bit address from the VM110 transmitted. In which two bit code input bits are put on one input and two bits which represent a parking coordinate (x, y).

S4, a car picked up.
There is a bit address from the VM110 transmitted. In which two bit code input bits are put on one input and two bits which represent a parking coordinate (x, y).


FC1
This function causes the arm to its reference position is. The step is addressed in the main by S1.
* The arm will always position itself by means a sensor or a counter.


Step1:
In step 1, the liftarm fully retracted until the sensor to the retracted position is true.

Step2:
In step 2, the arm is rotated to the left until the rotation sensor for extreme true.

Step3:
In step3, the arm down until the sensor for extreme low position is true.
Step4:
In step 4 move the arm to the left until the sensor for extreme left is true.

Step5:
Step5 In the boom extended until the sensor extended position is true.

Step6:
In step6 has reached the end and S2 will be executed.

FC2
This feature ensures that the car is parked. The step is addressed in the main by S3.
* The liftarm will always position itself by means a sensor or a counter.


Stap20:
Stap20 becomes active when a car at the entrance so that the sensor for "car on input" 1 is put

Stap21:
In stap21 the arm is extended until the sensor extended position is true. We do this to make sure that the arm is fully extended.

Stap22:
In stap22 comes the boom to lift the car.

Stap23:
In stap23 the arm fully retracted until the sensor retracted position where it is, so it is safe to right can be rotated.

Stap24:
In stap24 the arm is rotated 90 degrees clockwise.
Stap101, 201,301,401,501,601 (optional):
* On the basis of the parking coordinates will be one of the above steps are carried out.
The arm will by means a counter to the right and a parking position.

Step 402502602:
* If the previous step 401, 502 or 602 is then one of the above respective steps are carried out.
The arm moves down until the arm just above a parking positioned. We do this because we first need to extend the arm and then move down and the car actually parking.

Step 102:
In stap102 the arm is extended until the sensor extended position is true.

Step 103:
In step 103, the arm down to the actual car to park, step 103 is also the end of the SFC and S1 will be called.
