The application involves an online facility for students to apply and monitor their visa status. The system addresses the concern of an agent requirement and replaces the physical agent with a web agent.
The application should prompt for the documents to be submitted stage by stage. The complete Visa processing is performed across four main stages.
1. Grant Offer.
2. Pre Visa Application Process.
3. Conformation of Enrollment and Fee Transfer.
4. Visa Processing.
The candidate initially applies for an offer from HSA, if granted the candidate then submits a check list documents for pre-visa which includes CA (Chartered Accountant) statements, CE (Chartered Engineer) Statements, IELTS etc
On approval of pre-visa the candidate performs a fee transfer to HSA. On receipt of confirmation the candidate proceeds to process his visa for stamping which includes passport and health documents. The system is intended to display the status for each phase and prevent for modification of data, re-submission of documents as well as provide reporting.
