I am asked to do an industril visit to britania industry and prepare a project file on application of FAYOL PRINCIPLES in the industry ..its a class 12 CBSE BOARDS project....
I have no time left as my boards exams are approaching and my school has given us the project now...
I would be glad if u could help me with this PLEASE SIR.

Principles of Management
1. Division of labour
The division of labour is the course of the tasks assigned and completed by a group of workers in order to increase efficiency. The division of labour, which is also known as division of labour, is the decomposition of a work to have a series of different tasks that make up the whole. This means that for every job, there may be any number of processes that must occur to make the job complete. When an individual does the same job over and over he acquires speed and accuracy in performance. In the words of Fayol, "The worker always in the same position, the manager always takes care of the same matters, acquires a capacity, security and exactitude that increases its production".
2. Authority and Responsibility
Authority is the right to give orders and obtain obedience, and responsibility is the corollary of authority.
3. Discipline
Employees must obey and respect the rules that govern the organization. Good discipline is the result of effective leadership.
4. Control unit
Each employee must receive orders from only a superior or the superior's name.
5. Steering unit
Each group of organizational activities that have the same goal must be managed by a manager using a plan to achieve a common goal.
6. Subordination
The interests of an employee or group of employees should not prevail over the interests of the organization as a whole.
7. Remuneration
All workers must receive a fair wage for their services.
8. Centralization
Centralization refers to the degree to which subordinates are involved in decision-making.
9. Scalar Chain
The authority line from the upper management to the lower rows represents the scalar chain. Communications must follow this chain.
10. Order
This principle refers to the systematic organization of men, machine, material, etc. There should be a specific place for each employee in an organization
11. Equity
Managers should be kind and fair to their subordinates.
12. Stability of staff tenure
High turnover of staff is inefficient. Management should provide an orderly staffing schedule and ensure that replacements are available to fill vacancies.
13. Initiative
Employees who are allowed to originate and carry out plans will exert high levels of effort.
14. Esprit de corps
Promoting team spirit will build harmony and unity within the organization.
