My one and a half years old vehicle runs 5 to 10 k m on an average per day. It has done 4900 k m so far. For the first 3 k m the engine goes off frequently. Does it has any relation to the APDV system?

Splendor Pro, Passion Pro and Splendor NXG (except for the budget models CD Dawn and CD Deluxe) all feature the APDV label somewhere on their body panels.
APDV is synonymous with "Advanced System of Variable Digital Ignition Pro Series". Although I have not found any accompanying literature with it, the term probably means that the ignition of the spark plugs in these motorcycles is controlled digitally. This should benefit in better and more efficient combustion of fuel.
