"Apartment management system" or "AMS" is a web-based application for the management of apartments. You can manage the entire apartment system through this web application.

This app has four dashboard jumps like Admin Dashboard, Dashbaord Apartment Owner, Dashboard Employee and Renter Dashboard. Administrator can control all and the owner can monitor all tenants. The employee can verify your data. The tenant can also check your entire information.

The main objective of the project is to provide usefulness to maintain the daily operations of the apartments. This software helps them to store all the transactions electronically in a system, which in turn saves a lot of time, money and energy. This project is developed for a reputed construction company in the city. This company built many apartments in this city and have a plan to build many other apartments in the city. This software helps the principal of sales records, purchases, receipts, installments, made progress, maintenance and other related topics. It helps in the replacement of the manual record keeping system with the modern computerized system. EXISTING SYSTEM Every year the company is designing new apartments and its a difficult task to manage the records of each apartment in the manual system. It will not only take a lot of time, it also increases the chances of errors. Sometimes even after repeated cross-checks there are errors that lead to incorrect calculation of accounts and balance. It creates a problem when you need details of any particular project. All these problems lead to the emergence of an alternative option. PROPOSED SYSTEM To manage all the transactions we are proposing a software application that takes care of all the important transactions.
