Now a day itâ„¢s a highly required system for which the managers of Apartments are looking for, as they have to maintain the data of many things and to monitor the status of those things. Take your business to the next level and stop wasting time with outdated or inefficient practices. Let us discuss few things for example, things like status of the portion i.e., whether it is vacant or occupied, and the status of payment of bills (power, electricity, water, maintenance, etc) as the manager is responsible for all these activities and he has to pay the bills at regular intervals to concern departments. This system is helpful in managing those things and reminding the things on time to the customers at right time. No more need for Excel spreadsheets. Keep track of all your properties.
