hi.
i am working on simulation of laser cladding of copper powder over steel in ansys workbench. so, if you have any idea regarding how can i find
1)heat affected zone during laser cladding
2)stress generated during laser cladding
3)deformation in steel plate due to cladding of copper over steel plate.
then please me guide.
hi.
I am doing my M.Tech project on " Distortion analysis and its impact on welded assembly", i am looking E O Reactor tube sheet having two long seam having 8540mm dia and 391mm thick.with double j groove by saw process( single wire as well as tendom wire),i have all distortion data of welding , now i want to do FEA to corelate the data, and other thing i want to do mockup weld on50mm thick plate by using same parameters which are using in tube sheet and then do fea , so i want to know wether this result of low thick plate are applicable for heavy thick plate or not
hy friends i just want a opengl program in c . the name of the program is jack and jill poem can anybody make it and send it to my gmail saljusebastian888[at]gmail.com or saljusebastian777[at]gmail.com

ABSTRACT
Present work is a numerical study of the effect of welding speed on welding induced residual stress in TIG welding. The moving heat source was modelled as a Uniformly Distributed Circular Heat Flow in ANSYS Workbench 15.0 to get the longitudinal and transverse residual stresses which were validated with the experimental data from literature. A study was conducted with the help of the model to assess the influence of change in welding torch speed on residual stresses. The predicted effect of weld speed on residual stress is in good agreement with the established knowledge in literature.
