Provides the Neural Network Toolbox for Scilab.

There are several libraries. From these two main libraries, the library can be distinguished:

FANN: C library that implements the classic neurals networks and actively developed. For version 3, FANN will include recurrent neural networks, several accelerated neural networks (based on Blas or the GPU). It runs on Windows, Unix, MacOS;
SNNS: a tool with a graphical interface. This tool implements nearly all know neural networks (current, SOM, etc. ..).The big problem with SNNS: it is no longer supported. core (neural network library) is compiled on Unix, but nothing has been done for Windows or MacOS.
CSIM: a neural network Simulator. Biology oriented neural network Matlab interface library.
