To begin the welcome ceremony, first I wish all the audience present according to the time, that is, good morning / good afternoon / good afternoon for all of you;
On behalf of ... Organization ... Name ... .. I ... First ... Anchor ... Name ... and I ... Second ... Anchor ... Name .. (If there are two anchors present) we welcome our main guest, guest of honor, director and other guests (the guests will be decided by the administration), students and participants.
Today is a great day for our "Name of origin" to celebrate its annual day "period of time".
Friends who live in that country where we remember our "God" before starting a good job. Now I invite our main guest, guest of honor and all the other dignitaries present on the stage to light the lamp in front of "MA SARASWATI".
[Now the whole guest will move to light the lamp]
We also invite the girls to sing "Saraswati Vandana".
Now the girls will start singing the saraswati songs.
After finishing this event, let's say thank you Mr. and Mrs. O thank you all
Now is the time to welcome all of your guests, whom you can call one to one person in your organization and they will receive all their guests by giving them flowers or anything that management can give them.
