Abstract
While the requirements for video traffic in mobile networks have been souring, bandwidth wireless connection can't keep up with the needs of air traffic. the gap between demand and bandwidth, along with changing conditions in time lines, leads to poor service quality of streaming video over mobile networks, such as the long time buffering and intermittent failures. The use of cloud computing technology, we offer a new mobile video streaming framework called AMES-cloud that consists of two parts: Amov (Adaptive streaming mobile video) and ESoV (Exchange of effective social video). Amov ESoV and build a personal agent for video streaming services efficiently to each mobile user. For this user, it allows private agent Amov adaptively adjust the flowing stream with scalable video coding technique based on page link quality feedback. In addition, ESoV monitors social
network communications among mobile users, and their private agents are trying to perform prefetching video content in advance. We implement a prototype of the AMES-cloud to showcase his work. INTRODUCTION
Over the past decade, more and more traffic is streaming videos and downloads. In particular, video streaming services through mobile networks have become common over the past few years. While streaming video is not that difficult in wired networks, mobile networks were plagued by video traffic
transfer due to lack of bandwidth wireless communication channels. Despite the desperate efforts of network operators to enhance the wireless bandwidth communication lines (for example, 3 g and LTE), growing Video requires traffic from mobile users quickly overwhelming the ability of wireless communications. During the reception of streaming video traffic through mobile networks 3 g/4 g mobile users often suffer from a long time buffering and intermittent failures due to limited bandwidth and page link fluctuations caused by Multipath Fading and user mobility. Thus, it is very important to improve the quality of service of mobile video streaming
