The telephone billing system is developed according to the growing requirement to speed up work and incorporate a new work culture. Therefore, the purpose of this document is to introduce some new parameters into the call summary receipt of telecom operators. The program calculates the phone bills automatically. It performs almost all the work related to the connection system of automatic telephone billing through the new connection, modification of customer registration, display of customer records and all jobs related to billing rate, meter reading and Calculation of invoices. Deficiencies in itself and all data were stored in registers, files, etc. To overcome the limitation of the existing system, the new computerized system was needed, so that information could be provided to the user in a faster, easier and more accurate way. Information is a vital ingredient for the operation and management of any organization. Therefore, any system must have the ability to provide filtered information without errors after processing the required data. This system has been adopted with a view to developing a more sophisticated system that can be easily managed by any type of user. The proposed system aims to provide effective and timely information for decision-making, to integrate with other functions and to reduce redundant work.
