SYNOPSIS OF INSTITUTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN VB.NET
DESCRIPTION OF PRESENT SYSTEM
The current system is based on manual procedures. All the above function are store manually in to the file registers. They have to maintain that record for long duration, but the maintaining all this records as manually is very difficult task.
The present existing system of clerk is done manually, which is too lengthy and tedious. The present system consists of many jobs such as:-
Issuing of the admission form.
Submission of the filled admission form.
Issuing the admission.
Confirming the admission.
Pay the fees.
The current system is rather time consuming and sometimes it also last for two months. The system is not reliable as it deals with feature of many student. The current system also puts burden on the clerk office to issue all reports on the fixed data can even make mistake in report while making in hurry
Limitations OF PRESENT Existing System
Since the present system is manual, due to this it has the following limitations.
The work is done manually and there is only one person appointed to do the transaction work and keeping the record in the registers. This sometimes results in misplacement of certain records.
To keep track of information is much more difficult.
It is difficult to find a particular student records from the registers.
It is very difficult to know how any information are given by a particular students.
Updating the registers about all the information takes a lot of time.
Due to these limitations, there is a need of a system which could solve all these problems.
ADVANTAGES & Explanation OF PROPOSED System
Searching of information of aany particular flavor is easy and also faster
Reduces the time i.e wasted in updating the file manually.
Reduces data redundancy as once data is entered,it will be carried forward for any requirement.no need of reentering the data.
GUI based interactive screen maes easy to understand
Display the daily information of the daily attendance.
Appropriate database tables are maintained to record and store validated information
Facility to search a particular record implemented
Report generation is implemented

This module updates master file and its main purpose to store the related and required information about land, flat customer, etc.

c) Enquiry Master
d) Batch Information
e) Subject Details
3) Module III:-Transactions
This module is performs the transactions and its main purpose is to do the modifications.
a) Registration
b) Salary
4) Module IV :-Search
This module generates all the Search Fields .
