ACCIDENT RECOGNITION SYSTEM USING GSM & ARM.
ABSTRACT:
Many accidents were happened because of fast driving, habitual working overtime or tired spirit. This paper presents a solution of remote warning for vehicles collision avoidance using vehicular communication. The development system integrates a Global System for Mobile communication (GSM) with embedded system into a powerful remote warning system.
In this project the GSM modem is interfaced to the microcontroller through serial port .Sensors are used for detecting the obstacle and these sensors are connected to the controller I/O ports. Whenever the sensor detects any obstacle it will send some signal to the microcontroller, then the microcontroller will send the message to the prescribed person through GSM modem.

FUTURE SCOPE:
In future we can transfer the vehicle information continuously through mobile application to the base station, and also we can easily find out about accidents, it and can possible to pass the information of passengers to their relatives.
