INTRODUCTION:-
The project title “ACADAMIC RECORD MAINTAINANCE” is aimed to developed for the school, collage etc. to save the time ,avoid the paper work .

This project contains information about each an every student who is studing in a particular class,school etc.

This contain information like students bio-data, attendance criteria etc. if any one of the student does not have minimum attendance according to the institute it gives us details about that student and also immediately inform to students home about his attendance.


Advantages of this project:-
• It saves time eg.the time used to calculate the attendance of each an every student.
• Reduced paper work.
• There is no mistake in fillings the details about a person and also saves the money.


Disadvantages:-
• The server have the huge capacity for storing the data of each an every person in a particular organization .
• Many person are require to handle the data base of a particular organisaton..
• Internet facility is reguired.


Hardware Requirements:

• Powerful machine which can act as server in network having maximum memory space

• HUB or mainly Switch for fast process required for connecting machines in 1 workgroup.
• LAN Cables for Connection.



Software Requirements

• Operating system.

• Turboc++,VB or VB.NET software .
