An underwater windmill as a device that draws energy from the tides. Renewable energy technologies are becoming an increasingly favorable alternative to conventional energy sources to calm issues related to fossil fuels. Tidal power offers an extensive and reliable source of energy. This technology is similar to wind power technology, with rotor blades driven not by wind power but by tidal currents. The gravitational pull of the moon produces a rapid tidal current, which rotates the turbine's long blades.
Advantages
The energy of the tides is completely renewable.
The energy of the tides does not produce emissions.
Hidden under water.
Have less impact on the environment
Low operating cost
Long service life with little maintenance
Reduces dependence on fossil fuels
Disadvantages
The initial cost is too high
Very difficult to install
The sheet must be coated to prevent corrosion
Damage habitat up to 500 km away
