The bar feed mechanism is a metal cutting tool designed to feed the metal. The machine is intended exclusively for mass production and represents a faster and more efficient way of feeding a metal.
Automatic bar feed mechanism consists of three main blocks.
There are numerous types of cutting machines in the field of engineering, which are used to meet the requirements. The IR sensor unit is used to determine the size of the rod to be cut. We are interested in introducing the pneumatic system to the clamping bar of the machine.
Today almost the entire manufacturing process is being automated in order to deliver the products at a faster rate. The manufacturing operation is automated for the following reasons.
