The study of micro cracks in concrete is very important to understand its behavior under loading and to improve this material. The direct observation in a scanning microscope is not a suitable method because the concrete is subject to drying shrinkage. Another indirect and non destructive method of observation by SEM is proposed. With this method using a single replica the micro cracks of concrete can be observed better than 0.5 µm.
