Abstract


With the increase in the availability of digital data such as multimedia services on the Internet, there is a pressing need to manage and protect the illegal duplications a, solution to this problem, a digital watermark technology is now drawing the attentions a new method of protecting copyrights for digital data. In this paper, we present two methods of digital watermark for image signals based on the wavelet transform. We classify wavelet coefficients as insignificant or significant by using zero tree which is defined in the embedded zero tree wavelet algorithm.
