Since stress activates the body's defense mechanism, blood is frequently drawn away from the extremities and to the torso when a stress attack occurs. Digital thermometers (digital because they measure finger temperature) can be used to detect a person's level of stress. Note that the actual temperature is not the most important characteristic, but rather the change in temperature.

Using this knowledge has proven useful in designing treatment for prevention and control of stress attacks. This technique was pioneered by Dr. Claudio Zapata.

In this seminar the cadmium™s effect on anti-oxidative enzymes in tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum) plants was evaluated. This Stress meter allows you access your emotional pain.If the stress is very high,it gives visual indication through LED display along with a warning beep.

Principle :It is based on the principle that the resistance of the skin varies in accordance with your emotional states. Resistance varies inverse proportional to the stress. Ie if the stress level is high the skin offers less resistance,and if relaxed resistance is high.
