i am going to do a project on pick and place system using PLC and Pneumatics.In this system we are using pneumatics for the arm movement
and there are 2 conveyors either side of the main arm.Out of the 2 conveyor,
in one conveyor we are using 2 IR sensors out of which one is for sensing the metal and the conveyor start and another for conveyor stop.In another
conveyor 1 sensor is used for conveyor start.
And the arm is operating by pneumatics and for the catching system we use
the magnetic coil to catch the metal and place on another con ....etc

AUTOMATIC PAINT SPRAYING PICK AND PLACE EQUIPMENT
SYNOPSIS
Artificial intelligence (AI) may be related to electrical, mechanical lingistres, psychology and philosophy. In this project a micro-controller is used which is written with a program based on fuzzy logic algorithm which turns nozzle head to that direction.
Two-pneumatic cylinder and solenoid valve are provided. One cylinder is for the up and down movement and another one for the rotary motion. Fuzzy logic algorithm here used is to spray the painting in th ....etc
