Today almost all petrol pumps have a controlling unit to perform the tasks like managing the electrical pump, drive the display, measure the flow & accordingly turn OFF the electrical pump. But still a person is required to collect the money.

IN FOUR STROKE PETROL ENGINE THERE ARE 4 STROKES GIVEN BELOW:
1) SUCTION STROKE
2) COMPRESSION STROKE
3)EXPANSION STROKE
4)EXHAUST STROKE
IN THE SUCTION STROKE ,PISTON IS ABOUT TO MOVE TOP DEAD CENTER TO A BOTTOM DEAD CENTER.
IN THE COMPRESSION STROKE,PISTON IS AT BOTTOM DEAD CENTER AND MOTION FORCED IT TOWARDS TJE TOP DEAD CENTER.
DURING THE EXPANSION STROKE POWER IS DEVELOPED, THEREFORE IT IS CALLED AS PWER STROKE.
LASTLY IN EXHAUST STROKE PISTON IS MOVES TOWARDS BDC TO TDC. ....etc
