I am trainee and my project is on boiler under utility, and I have seen that lot of condensed steam is being wasted .
we are using R.O water for steam generation in boiler.
so please tell me what remedy I can use to avoid it as well as enhance boiler efficiency ,cut the production cost .
specification of boiler are

type:- water tube,3.2kw
capacity:-850kg
pressure:-10kg/cm2
fuel type:-HSD
24 hr steam consumption from 3 boiler is :-15544kg
condensate :-2968 liter

Sir .I am say about boiler plan using plc our funda is that measuring tempreture and controlling using plc.sir we get 3 tank filling water.second are temperature varies and third are our last tank too use hit water
