16/12/2011 and our photographs and fingerprint capture etc done on 27/10/2012 from S.K.P Computers and documents related submitted to
Tahsildar Office, Yelhanka on 30/10/2012. A message related to also
received in my mob.No.9243427593 to collect the same on 5th and 6th of Jan 2013. As the whole family was away in our home town ,Kannur, Kerala, the Ration card had not been collected in time.
