AND TO CAPTURE THE NUMBER PALATE IMAGES OF SUCH VEHICLES USING WEB CAM WHICH CAN THEN BE TRANSMITTED TO A CENTRALIZED MONITORING SYSTEM WHERE THE CONVICT CAN BE IDENTIFIED AND PUNISHED.
