Abstract
Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) is effective to reduce nitrogen oxides (NOx) from Diesel engines because
it lowers the flame temperature and the oxygen concentration of the working fluid in the combustion
chamber. However, as NOx reduces, particulate matter (PM) increases, resulting from the lowered oxygen
concentration. When EGR further increases, the engine operation reaches zones with higher instabilities,
increased carbonaceous emissions and even power losses. In this research, the paths and limits to reduce

Automatic Control of Exhaust Fan Coupled With Gas Leakage Detector
Abstract:
The term automatic control of exhaust fan is that acting in an independent manner, where the exhaust fan will work automatically in this technology. As in the kitchen were the gas leak refers to a leak of natural gas, from a pipe or other containment, into a living area or any other area where the gas should not, in such case this system will help to switch on the exhaust fan to avoid any accident.

ABSTRACT
Fuel in any engine is burnt with air. Air is a mixture of gases and it contains approximately 78% nitrogen and 21% oxygen. Some of the oxygen is used to burn the fuel during the combustion process and the rest is supposed to just pass through unreacted.
