We present matrix network coding methods that are
naturally amenable to a distributed implementation method, i.e.,
do not require the knowledge of network topology, and that are

We have done 3 bit error correction for 8 bit orthogonal codes. but how can we detect 7 bit errors in the case of 16 bit orthogonal codes as in general we can detect (n/2-1) bits? ....etc
