I am currently doing a biomedical imaging assignment and the title for the assignment is segmentation and size measurement for the brain tumor in CT image.

I have tried to make the coding but so far my coding still have some bugs. And my due date of submission is on 1st Jan.

Abstract
Image segmentation is an important and challenging factor in the medical image segmentation. Thispaper describes segmentation method consisting of two phases.
