Abstract-
A pulse skipping control strategy is proposed to improve efficiency of grid-tied inverters at light loads. To maximize the efficiency of pulse skipping operation mode, three key parameters are identified and optimized based on a loss model, which is developed to find the maximal efficiency points using a three-dimensional search technique. A 200W prototype inverter was setup to verify the proposed control strategy. The experimental results show that the proposed pulse skipping control strategy greatly impr ....etc

Abstract
Multilevel inverter technology has emerged recently
as a very important alternative in the area of high-power
medium-voltage energy control. This paper presents the most
important topologies like diode-clamped inverter (neutral-point
clamped), capacitor-clamped (flying capacitor), and cascaded
multicell with separate dc sources. Emerging topologies like
asymmetric hybrid cells and soft-switched multilevel inverters are

Abstract
A general pulsewidth modulation (PWM) method for control of four-switch three-phase inverters is presented. The proposed vector PWM offers a simple method to select three or four vectors that effectively synthesize the desired output voltage, even in presence of voltage oscillations across the two dc-link capacitors. The method utilizes the so called space vector modulation, and includes its scalar version. Different vector combinations are compared.
