Now the one day hydraulic system plays a very important role in almost the entire application. As in the automotive industries, the small service center, and aircraft industries is used where precision is needed. The traditional method of removing or installing bearings is hammering, but unnecessary hammering causes several problems. Dangerous and excessive hammering causes damage to the bearing surface or sometimes the opportunity for failure and excessive human effort required. To remove or install the bearing safely, do the modification in the traditional method. The modification made in easy disassembly and installation of the bearing. The purpose of the modification requires less human effort, simplicity of operation, disassembly and installation of bearings made without damaging the bearing surface, compact, portable and well-suited. The hydraulic bearing extractor based on the hydraulic system at the beginning of Pascal's law states that "The distribution in closed cylinders is uniform in all directions.

The word hydraulic is based on the Greek word for water, and originally covered the study of the physical behavior of water at rest and in motion. The use has broadened its meaning to include the behavior of all liquids, although it deals mainly with the movement of liquids. Hydraulics includes the way liquids act in tanks and pipelines, takes care of their properties, and explores ways to take advantage of these properties. Although the modern development of hydraulics is comparatively recent, the ancients knew many hydraulic principles and their applications. Egyptians and ancient Persian, Indian and Chinese people transported the water along the canals for irrigation and domestic purposes, using dams and sluice gates to control the flow. The ancient Cretans had an elaborate plumbing system. Archimedes studied the laws of floating and submerged bodies. The Romans built aqueducts to bring water to their cities. Torricelli, French physicist, EdmeMariotte and later Daniel Bernoulli conducted experiments to study the force elements in the discharge of water through small openings on the sides of the tanks and through short pipes. During the same period, Blasé Pascal, a French scientist, discovered the fundamental law for the science of hydraulics. The hydraulic jack is based on Pascal's law which indicates that the increase in pressure on the surface of a confined fluid is transmitted without decreasing along the vessel or confined system.
