HT 12E and 12D are not present in the Proteus. If you are not using the address PIN, then you can simulate your circuit without them, but only 4 bit data pins. 4 bit of transmitter section, 4-bit of receiver section, serial mode or 433 MHz transmitter and receiver module. If your program is using 8 + 4 i.e. (12 address + 4 data) 12 bit then use 12 pins in both sides.
